輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)主要有三種：輕鋼門式剛架建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)和鋼管結(jié)構(gòu)。起初，輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)主要用于荷載小、跨度短的建筑。自20世紀(jì)80年代以來，它被廣泛應(yīng)用于倉庫、辦公室、工廠、體育設(shè)施等。重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)為：大型石油化工廠設(shè)施、大型機(jī)械鍛造廠、港口碼頭設(shè)施、大跨度體育館、會展區(qū)域、高層或高層建筑。
There are three kinds of light steel structure: light steel portal frame building steel structure, cold-formed thin-walled steel structure and steel pipe structure. At first, light steel structure was mainly used for buildings with small load and short span. Since the 1980s, it has been widely used in warehouses, offices, factories, sports facilities and so on. Heavy steel structure should be: large petrochemical plant facilities, large mechanical forging plant, port facilities, large span gymnasium, exhibition area, high-rise or high-rise buildings.
輕鋼和重鋼沒有明確的界限。采用輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)，考慮腹板屈曲后的強(qiáng)度，可以減少加勁肋的設(shè)置，減少用鋼量。這是輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。不然會用很多鋼材，就是重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。但輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)一般只在起重機(jī)噸位小于20t時使用，大噸位起重機(jī)會采用重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的安全度不夠。
There is no clear boundary between light steel and heavy steel. In the design of web plate, the steel strength can be reduced by using the steel stiffener. This is a light steel structure. Otherwise, a lot of steel will be used, that is, heavy steel structure. However, the light steel structure is only used when the crane tonnage is less than 20t, and the heavy steel structure is used for large tonnage crane, so the safety of light steel structure is not enough.
判斷結(jié)構(gòu)是重鋼還是濟(jì)南輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，確實沒有統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，很多有經(jīng)驗的設(shè)計師或者項目經(jīng)理往往不能完全解釋清楚，但是我們可以用一些數(shù)據(jù)綜合考慮判斷：
It is true that there is no uniform standard for judging whether the structure is heavy steel or Jinan light steel structure. Many experienced designers or project managers can not fully explain it. However, we can use some data to comprehensively consider and judge:
1、車間起重機(jī)起重量：25噸以上，可考慮重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。
1. Lifting capacity of workshop crane: more than 25 tons, heavy steel structure can be considered.
2、每平方米用鋼量：大于等于50KG/M2，可視為重型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。
2. Steel consumption per square meter: more than or equal to 50kg / m2, it can be regarded as heavy steel structure.

3、主要部件鋼板厚度：10毫米以上，少用輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。

4、還有一些參考值，比如每平方米造價、大構(gòu)件重量、大跨度、結(jié)構(gòu)形式、檐高等。這些可以在判斷廠房是重鋼還是輕鋼時提供經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù)。當(dāng)然，現(xiàn)在很多建筑既有輕鋼又有重鋼。
4.
